Great leaders must be able to give and receive feedback constructively. Yet, giving and receiving feedback remains one of the most elusive skills for leaders to acquire, successfully implement, and assess. As a result, it can cause leaders a great deal of anxiety disrupting productivity, team synergy, and overall team culture.
